I’m Eamon Armstrong, and so far I’ve lived a pretty adventurous life. I was a professional festival reviewer who wrote about the human condition at the most transformational events in the world. My travels lead me through a series of absurd and profound experiences: initiating with the Bwiti people in Gabon using the plant medicine iboga, teaching healthy masculinity to men’s rights activists in Mumbai, and meeting many beautiful, idiosyncratic souls along the way. To share all the helpful and entertaining lessons I’ve learned along the way, I created a podcast that encourages a playful, earnest way of experiencing the world. I call it “Life is a Festival”.
